SHIPPING INFORMATION

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

FREE POSTAGE AND RETURNS ON ORDFERS OVER $200 

General shipping rates will be calculated on checkout.

All domestic orders are sent with Australia Post express service; orders are shipped next day if ordered before 12pm, if there are changes or delays we will contact you after purchase.

Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide and Brisbane) can expect express postage to be delivered in 1-3 business days.

For the WA and NT, rural and remote areas, please allow up to an additional 2 business days for delivery.

For all other parts of Australia, your delivery should be with you in 3-5 business days after you receive tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL

LOVE AND NOSTALGIA delivers internationally also with Australia Post, with all orders being dispatched within 1-2 days and be delivered within 4-12 business days depending on your location.

For international orders, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes so please ensure you provide an alternate delivery address. Depending on the destination country and the value of the goods, you may be required by your local government and customs office to pay duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for these duties and taxes, this is not the responsibility of L&N. 

Please note, Love and Nostalgia is unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders that are returned. Depending on the country, you may be able to contact your local customs offices directly for a refund of these costs. Please contact your local customs offices for more information regarding duties and taxes.

DELAYS

Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods or due to unforeseen reasons. During these times, please allow an additional 3 business days for your order to be delivered. In the event that your order is affected by delay, Customer Care will contact you immediately. If for any reason you experience a delay with your order, please email info@love-and-nostalgia.com
