RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

 

AUSTRALIAN RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a return. All return requests must be completed within this period. We will not accept any return requests that fall outside of this time frame.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

FULL PRICE ITEMS
Full-priced items purchased online are eligible to be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method of the order.

SALE ITEMS
Products purchased during sale periods are eligible for store credit note only (no refunds or exchanges).

EXCHANGES
Send your original item back first. Once it has been received and approved at our warehouse, your new item will be shipped to you.

Items purchased with promo discounts (welcome code, abandoned cart and rewards discounts) are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. You will only be refunded the total amount paid after the discount is applied.

Return shipping is customers responsibility. Standard shipping rates will apply to your new item.
Your refund/credit note/exchange will be processed within 1-5 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse.

Returns Via Alternative Carrier
We recommend sending your return via trackable post as the goods are your responsibility until they reach E-boutique. We also kindly ask that you include paperwork inside the parcel containing your order number.
